Overview

Operation Redemption is the final mission of the story centered around Project Redemption, a secret and unauthorized cloning experiment initiated by Overwatch. This mission reveals the shocking truth that the protagonist, along with all other Mobile Task Force (MTF) operatives, are clones created as part of Project Redemption. Overwatch, under pressure from the O5 Council to fix the MTF or face shutdown, initiated this experiment in hopes of restoring the MTF's effectiveness. Not much is known about this mission because of the 444 event.

Mission Objectives

In Operation Redemption, the facility where the protagonist and other clones are housed becomes the target of a raid led by an awakened Alpha-1 "Red Right Hand" clone. This clone seeks revenge against Overwatch for their role in the unethical cloning experiments and aims to save the protagonist's clone from further manipulation.

Climax and Resolution

As the mission reaches its climax, the protagonist must confront the reality of their existence as a clone, created as part of Overwatch's desperate attempt to maintain the MTF under the O5 Council's directive. The mission concludes with the protagonist being given a critical choice: to rejoin the SCP Foundation or to leave it entirely, marking the end of their journey and the closure of the narrative surrounding Project Redemption.
